Where Can I Find the VIP Portal?

If you purchased a membership, you will find the VIP portal in your account menu. OR Once you are signed in to your account, click the “SELECT” button under the package you purchased on the VIP memberships page.
How Do I Renew My Membership?

Daily memberships are the only package that you will manually need to renew. Once you purchase monthly, half-yearly and yearly, your membership will automatically renew. Recurring charges will apply.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?

We are sad to see you go. You are always welcome back! If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so in your account. Steps to cancel: 1. Sign in. 2. Click account. Once your member menu pops up, click account again. 3. Click subscriptions. 4. Choose your active membership. 5. Then click cancel subscription. If there is remaining time on your membership when you cancel, you will receive it. Cancelling stops recurring payments from happening. You will receive an email that confirms your cancellation.
